I have a 1997 S-10 extended cab with Rockford Fosgate 6.5" Component Speakers and a crappy amp hooked up to them. I didn't think they would sound nearly as good as they do now that I've got the amp hooked up. I did a ton of research on some 12" subs to get and an amp but now I'm thinking of just getting a couple 8" subs to save on space. Instead of researching for 4 hours I figure I'll just ask all the geniouses on this site. Also, what kind of amp would you recommend with the subs? Thanks for the help.

2 AA assassin 8's with a kx400.1 or 600.1 which you can afford, or you could go with RL-i's they are imo better than the assassin but cost more.
