I went to the comp today in Roanoake Rapids and took home second in meca and second NSPL. In meca i was in M4 and NSPL i was street 36-60" i think. Meca i did 144.7 at the headrest and in NSPL i did 144.3 at the windsheild. I was a little dissapointed but i think its pretty good considerin i have a box tuned to 33 hz and my jeep peaked out at 45 hz

oh yea and also Alan Dante was up there with his volvo and set a new world record...he hit 181.3 at the kick panel and 179.9 at the windsheild. I got to talk to him for a little while and he was a cool guy actually...also there was a grand cherokee up there running two DD 9918s with 8 Z2s in there running about 18 volts. he hit a little over 166 with factory front windows and windsheild.

good job goin deaf! i hit 144.86 the day b4 the comp right b4 i charged my batts and then i was there at 9am registered and everything and at 3pm they told us the meter was broke and the sound off was cancelled. now i have to wait till febuary to compete. but im going to give back the orion 2500wrms amp and just go with my crossfire amp so i can stay in a lower class.

For burp, they will take it for sure :-) We need to run them about 1500-2000 watt burps hehe. If you need an amp that has a low 4 ohm rating, check out the Cadence Daytona amps Richard.

nice #'s goind deaf.

try tuning to ~41-44hz and your #'s will come up.

what is your voltage drop like?

most of the jeeps cherokee's i have played w/ like 48hz after playing w/ box tuning.

oh...and those subs can handle more power for burps.
