So i'm gettin rdy to set up a couple 12" assassins in the near future(300rms each;600rms total).
ppl have reccommended a kicker kx600 amp which does 300rms at 2ohms and 600peak at 2ohms.
the subs need 300rms each and im under the impression that "peak" means the amp can't sustain that wattage for extended periods of time.
wouldn't the subs be underpowered?

yeah or get a zx750.1 does around 900rms really a tad bit more then those subs need but if you ever change your set up its still a great amp to keep.

the assassins can take 400rms no prob. 450 is the most you should feed them.

2 SVC 4 ohm subs can be wired together in parallel for a 2 ohm load or in series for a 8 ohm load.
