Bronze Member Username: SaoxcorePost Number: 41 Registered: Jul-06 | hi, im going to be getting an Alpine SWR-1242D - Alpine 12" Type R in a few days. but i need a box. and i sort of want to build my box soon, so i dont have to build it after i get my sub. i know i want it to be ported, but i have no idea how to build a box, and the measurements and stuff. can someone show me a design and measurements for a good ported box, for my alpine? |

Tuned it to 35hz and on a TL meter my best score was at 45hz which is correct seeing the box peaks out normally 8-10hz higher than what it is tuned to. |
