I think no one know about amplifiers. Thats why everyone is giving details and specs and not the model number. I am requesting you to please find out an amp form ebay.com aor ebay.com.au

you should not have bought those subs to begin with if you didn't plan on uprgading your charging system.

you will end up clipping the subs to death or you will kill your battery and stock alt.

Now I am ready to upgrade my car's electric system, got the amp too. Now, another MR. EXPERT Said that Type X don't have as much loud as the TYPE R have.
Now what the hell it is???

the Type X is a SQ sub.
it will not get as loud as the Type R.:-)

you really should have done some researching to b/c you obviously dont know anything bout car audio if you plan on running about 2000 watts and not upgrading your electrical system. I know i dony know much about car audio and especially when i 1st got here , but if you would actually listen to us we're trying to help you

But some one said that the TYPE X are just thunderous subs as compared to TYPE R!!!
why that person said so?
Was he talking about the volume they can Produce?
Yes, I am a newbie. I don't know anything about car audio. But now I am totally stressed!! I have already spent $600 on subs, in Indian Currency, its around Rs 23000!! One can buy a new scooter in this much of amount.

spl - sound pressure level - how loud it is
sound quality - of course how good it sounds
sql - can get loud while still sounding good

the x is a sq sub , while the r is mostly a spl sub , but it still sounds ok

In case I bought SWR 1042D, which amp should be needed? can someone please find it for me? 1042D is better or 1242D is better which can be place in a sedan and gives a louder and sourrunded bass

yep , the alpine mrd 605 will be great for you , gives it plenty of output even in a sealed box
