sweet install man......real nice and clean :-) However, I wouldn't mount the amp of the box if I were you. You may damage the insides when the box flex. Other than that, nice job!

They have a JL HO box at my local shop for 2 15 JLw6. How would it sound if i put my Treos in there? I've heard the HO boxes make the JLs sound alot better. BTW nice set up.

u have to remember that the treo's and the jl have diffrent specs, and the box is built to jl specs, not treo.

I would get a box built to treo specs

I was planning on building the box myself. but i was j/w about the JL thing, i knew they were all built specifically for each JL driver.

yeah im 4200$ CAD in debt now, that car drove me under... im 16 btw... any ways thats why the 1/0 AWG is gonna wait. The whole mouting on the H.O. box was because I had bought it used and there were already holes drilled in the box and partialy due to my back seats not beeing mountable. I have a 9835 alpine HU and i love my system... 20 mins with the cross over and have it sounding amazing even with the stock components.

I don't wanna brag but I think I got qwite the deal...

826$ + 10w7 H.O. and 500/1 (used)
266$ + HU after tax and 2 yr warenty (refurb)
172$ + Stinger 4 AWG wiring and 1.2 farad cap. (cost + 10 at best buy)
22$ Harnesses
-----
1286 Canadian dollars...

and I love it! combination of ebay, spending hours upon hours looking for that damb 9835( 27wrms ) and working at best buy for a month.

Oh and to the ear, when my system is juiced up( driving around without the music on so my shitty power supply can output) I beat out 2 12" CVR's with a alpine mrd m605 (its the 600watt digital display one)

It all looks nice... but my cap reads 10-11 and sometimes 9 volts at idle so I have to chill at under 20 volume sadly :-( Im thing a new deepcycle battery or HO alt. is next on the list to buy after this summer of constant work is over.

There is no need for 0/1 for a 500w amp. You'll realize no benefit.
Nice job/system. It even Looks like it sounds clean :-)
