You have an aftermarket deck right? And you probably used a wiring kit to install the deck. Could very well be that the aftermarket deck uses more current than the factory one. Especially if you are running speakers off of the deck without an amplifier. What size of fuse does the new deck require? I personally would replace the fuse under the hood with the size recommended by Alpine.
