Silver Member Username: Killer44Ontario Canada Post Number: 318 Registered: Dec-04 | ok im gunna be running 2 kicker comp vr 12's @2ohms running off a Audiobahn A8000T(800X1@2OHMS), and a Pioneer GM 2 Channel (65x2@4ohms) for my 6.9's and a h/u running some speakers, now with this how big of a HO alt will i need, also i have a another ? do anyone know if when a site gives the recomended size of a box are they including displacement of sub in box(how much air space it takes up) b/c i cant find ne where the displacement of a 12cvr so if neone could tell me if would be appreciated....thanx in advance.... |

Post Number: 5065 Registered: Jul-05 | why not hook up ur amps in ur ride 1st & then see if ur lights blink or voltage drop which will indicate the need 4 a HO alt I have a 500 & 1000wrms amps in my ride & it seem 2 handle ok cause i don't bump 4 long periods ...... |
