The only downfall to those amps is how much space they take up...But does the 85% of RMS output apply to these amps as well?

The thing with these hifonics, you will have to give more voltage to get full power. When tested at 12volts they are a little low. Give them 15volts then its a totally different story.

Lower their impedance, then its a totally diffrent story! Man that thing is stable to half ohm! they just dont say it!

Tyler u are sure to see Hifonics at the competitons. Hifonics XX are the Dclass amps.

So if i get the Hifonics XX-Colossus II i could push 2 15" Re SX at 1/2 ohm?

it will be perfect.
to get full power out of the hifonics xx hercules you need to run it less than .7ohms or abit less.
