I setup the speakers in the arrangment as shown with a 2 x 160W amp (80W rms) and pumped up the volume! WOW these are definitely not your run of the mill flee market subs. Bass at low volume (by low i mean not hurting my ears) is very clear and crisp. When you start cranking the volume up the bass losses some of it's clarity, but that maybe just my amp.

Anway for $80 each they were well worth the money and i would highly recommend shadow works.
