Gene Casel | Bought a Sharp VL-WD450U MiniDV camcorder for $600 from Best Buy and they are trying to sell me a 4-year additional service and replacement warranty for $150 more. They claim I can recover those costs easily since taking it in for cleaning ($80 charge) yearly would more that make up for it. Is this a good deal or necessary? |

Frank Simmons | Yeah, the Performance Plans at Best Buy are awesome. Actually with a camcorder, I had took mine in for cleaning, and they just offered me a brand new model for free of charge.
