Anonymous | this isnt getting me far so if any one can tell me this, the Rec. Dims. for a Sealed Box are 0.75 - 0.85 cu.ft and the Rec. Dims. for a Ported Box are 0.85 - 0.95 cu.ft. this is for 2 10" speakers so what should the Dims. for this box be per chamber i dont know if they should be different from the ported Dims. but i dont want to screw up what i would rather know is where could i get on of these boxes under $140.00 |

New member Username: Gcs7thNY Post Number: 4 Registered: Jun-04 | I would attempt ot mkae your own i made mien a little complicated wiht sme crazy angles and stuff but it cmae out really nice i think... http://www.geocities.com/w_s_productions/subbox.html its quite simple to make if your just making a square box. All you should need is a jig saw and table saw, and screws. You should make it of 3/4 in paricle board if you do. Carpet is cheap like $5 a sq yard at an auto store some spray glue and staple gun and your all set. I'd make your box if you have time. Its a nice experience and thne you cna really be proud of your work when your done. I made my box for less than $60. I just gotta wait for hte port tubes to come in the mail and i'm all set. |
