Box Cu. Ft. Size!!!!! NEED OPINION!!!!

Okay im getting 1 12" RE SE. I'm going to want a ported box. How many cubic feet should i make the box? Its going to be in a 00' S-10 Blazer.

build that box and instead of the hole for the sub being in the front make it on the top of the box, so its mounted up

oh okay. Just curious, i've never done it that way but what does that do for it? And how much different is it then just putting the box on its back? Also, are you talking about reverse mounting it then too?

re-read what i wrote im going to put it in idiot terms if you are putting the box on its back, keep the original sub cutout on the front and move the port to the back left side
