Cut outs of mdf

i am cutting out parts for my box and i was wondering if there is a program that i can use to draw out the best way to cut off the sheet so i wont waste any mdf.

Yea just do it on a piece of paper. If you're lazy then Fishercustoms does it for 2 dollars. If you have Google Sketchup you can do it on there too. That's probably what fisher does.

Nope I dont use sketchup to do it. That would take much longer than the program I use.

i use sketchup but that would take to long.

i am halfway done cutting.. i am just cutting away at wat ever i feel like,
but it would be really helpful to know what u use

I use a program called Cutlist Plus. While yes, it is easy to figure a layout in your head. There is nothing more convenient and efficient than this program. Makes giving quotes on custom boxes so easy. Just type in some numbers and it gives me the amount of material I use, plus I can set the cost of each sheet and it tells me the overall cost of the material I need.
