has anyone ever used them? know someone with them?

them being components.

im looking at some 6.5's 240W peak, 120rms for the pair.

i have a 100 dollar budget and they seemed to me like a good idea.

Get these cdt's my brother bought a pair and they are decent sounding and have excellent midbass. They are 99.99 shipped and are through woofers etc but on ebay. I heard the pg 6.5 components and these are better.

Yes they get plenty loud. Trust me if you want a brighter sound than the pg's with very good midbass these are for you. Ive heard both the cdts and pg's installed. Buy the cdt's I highly doubt youll be disappointed.

100% agree with sean. CDT makes some of the best components out there for the price, but I would get one of their higher end lines.

I have heard PGs and was not impressed at all with them.

Even if you cant afford a higher line those cdt's are nice and better than the pg's.
