ok so im actually looking into these subs now. just woundering if i can fit 2 15's in my grand prix trunk? cuz 1000 rms just isnt what i want. and it dont tel you how much cu ft you need for each sub. im really thinking about getting these.so i need as much info . are they for spl , sql , or what?
ask staep he has 1 i think they are geared more towards spl since they are part of the dd family im sure they dont lack to much in the SQ department tho
they need ~4 cubes and should be ported. so for you thats ~8 cubes and port in a trunk, i dunno thats a big box. i highly doubt you can fit a 7 cube box in your trunk they are meant for spl but in the right box they will have decent sq.
I think one of those will get plenty loud. One of those subs would be a snug fit, 2 of them would be impossible unless you assembled the box inside your trunk.
yea i figured i wuldn't be abe to fit 2. but i dont think 1 would be loud enough for what i want. and i want an sql sub. whats a god 15 that is good for sql and has a rms range around the dd 9500 and is around 400 bucks?
Do the rear seats fold down?? We did one with 2 15" facing foward ports coming up out of rear deck panel, the box was put together in the trunk took up alost all of it! Sounded Killerrrr!!!
