Dude if you are going to pay that much get a Fi BL 15" its a beefed up version of the RE SX. And the Fi BL can come with options.

Ficaraudio.com^^^^^

And the guy that use to own RE now owns Fi.

oh and i wouldn't buy that sub for that price. if you look around ca.com, you can get a stereo integrity mag for less. and the mag will destroy the re sx or the fi bl.

very impress that setup was doing 43s on the tl in music ...

it was very loud ... dvarmstrong on ca.com has the setup ..

i think it was 46.5 .. mightve been a 46.3 but roughly around there

i dont like the sq of the sx personally .. sounds kinda muddy to me .. but the output is very solid ..

id take the BL over the SX due to the sq ... the BL maintains such a good sq output ... while being able to get very loud ... in reality u really cant go wrong with either sub .. to each is own i guess .. this is a personal opinion...

and chad ... i heard a 12 inch mag in ur exact same car do a 41 and change with a sundown sae1000d :-)

So would an SX be more comparable to a plain jane BL or a fully loaded BL?

Yes I have had Fi BL and RE SX and yes I think the Fi BL is a all around better buy/sub.

I would get a Fi BL over a RE SX any day.

SomeDonnieDude

The RE SX is comparable to a plain Fi BL add the right options and it will kill the RE SX.

yeah will it also depends i also paid 250 shipped for both of my SX's so that right there helped me out making my choice. that was a once in a lifetime deal ;). But yeah i will agree with Mike its pretty much to each his own also even though cosmetics dont matter that much the looks of an RE SX>FI BL any fu,cking day

I don't take pictures of my equitment because I can care less what people think. I buy the equitment because I like it not because someone else likes it.(Somewhere in the USA)
