i got a pioner indash cd player in my truck right now, my question is ,is it possible to hook up a indash dvd player also, keeping my cd player. also hook up both unit to the same amp.?
i think the cd player does, since i havent bought the dvd player i can look one with the auxiliary input. i wanted to make sure it would be possible before i started looking into buying dvd players and prices. thanks for your reply.
If you ever plan on 5.1 DVD sound then get a DVD with aux input for the 2ch CD and you should be able to do whatever you need with it. Otherwise you could go either way I would think. You may have to use the volume/fader on the one with aux input, in the case that its hard to reach/etc that might bother you. And note if you have x-over in the HU you need that will not work if you only have 2ch input to the other device.
