GM truck right? Ditch the 4x6s. There are no decent 4x6 speakers out there, plus having up in the dash completely screws up the sound.

A set of 6.5" components would do great. Those recommendations above are good.

I really liked the Realm 6.5s too btw, and those amps are good. Also the Eclipse XA4000 is a pretty decent amp.

Shipping should not be anymore than $20

Amp and comp set on bottom (tweeters and x-overs are still in that cdt box is why you do not see them)

No they don't more than I think. I've got lots of experience with installs in GM trucks.

One set of GOOD high power components is more than enough for almost any daily system.

paypal preferred .. protects us both

and yes.. all you need is a good front stage.. be warned those CDTs get very loud.. they are currently still in my car.. waiting to take them out until i have a buyer..

upgraded to a higher set of CDTs and gonna build some new kickpods

only flaws to the gear is one x-over is missing the cover.. they are normally hidden so i didn't care :-)

That would be a great system though. Those speakers can take more power than that amp has though.

yes i did get a pretty good price. 323shipped BNIB. only thing is, i got it without a warrenty. go_go_thrash sold it to me on caraudio.com shes a great person to deal with btw.

i wont be running it under one ohm so im not too worried about the warrenty.

i hooked it up last saturday and it works perfectly. but then my HU broke :-( so now i have to wait to get it back before i can rehook it up.

NO to that hifonics TXI!

Those amps suck and do not produce rated power. Get an amps thats quality matchs those components.

Also are you aware that hifonics brutus will not produce rated power either. Should go with a better amp for the subs too.......

contact alteraudiousa for CDT speakers. He is usually located in the speaker forums. He'll get you a better deal than woofersetc. I would also either contact kevin holden about the sax 100.2 or get a nine.2 (100rms x 2 @4ohms) or a nine.2x (200rms x 2 @4ohms) both rated at 12.5V. In that same price range you can get a JL 300/2.
