my 12 inch memphis mojo is too big for my amp so now i need to get a new one. any suggestions? i was thinking about a kicker zx1000.1? anyhting else a little cheaper??

mojo is a 12" dvc 2ohm 1000rms 2000 peak. its going in a 1.9ft3 box ported to 35hz. as for budget im not sure. i was lookin at that kicker and i can get that for $400 off woofersetc so ya 400 would probably be the most ild spend

Nick, I have a Massive p1000.1 for sale that I would sale you. Does 1k @ 1ohm and only a few months used. It has a 2 year warranty on it and has NEVER been abused. Gains set with a DMM. Post back if you r interested.

hmm can i run my mojo at 1 ohm? whats it put out at 2 ohms? i dont have a warranty on my sub so i dont want to risk doing any damage to it. and how much?

You said dual voice coil 2 ohms. So I assumed you meant both coils were 2 ohms each. That can be paralled at 1 ohm. do you have yahoo or aim?

wait i took another lood at that wiring diagram. the amp i have now is 2 channel bridged and puts out 1000 watts 4 ohm and i have it wired just like that diagram, except my amp keeps going into protect mode...??? and cuts out. i thought it was cus my amp was 4 ohm and was being overpowered by the sub and overheating.... whats going on with that??

whats crap that ma audio? haha i know. i got it in a deal with 2 E's and a box for 200 bucks. so what kind of amp should i go with to really get the mojo goin? 1 ohm or 4 ohm??

btw the amp didnt overheat with the E's or the 2 type R's i had hooked up 2 it, nor did it overheat when i bridged it to 1 type R. could it be the sub giving me probs? i bought it used from a friend....

hell if i know. i dont know how to set gains. i juss know it makes it louder to a certain point and then distorts it. whats a DMM, whats it do and how much are they? and no im not interest but thanks for the offer!!!
