Silver Member Username: Big_fletchNewport, Ar, Ar United states Post Number: 665 Registered: May-06 | okay guys i recently had (2) 15 L7's powered by a kx 2500.1 amp and i drive a 2002 caddy escalade ive talked to steve meade and i told him im wanting to go bigger and louder and he told me why not (4) 18's and i said i dont have enough money for 4 btl's so me and him decided on either 4 18" Q's or 4 bl's...he is goin to build the box for me and its goin to be basically like his own box now i dont have any electrical updates done to the caddy but soon i will have a 300 amp excessive alt and im thinkin 2 2400 batts in the back and keepin the stock batt under the hood and doin the big 3 as for watt's im thinkin about 4000 to 5000 so what do u think i should go for the q's or bl's or re sx's lol or what thanks peeps |

Post Number: 4207 Registered: Jul-06 | Meh...my post dissapeared.You're going to need double runs of positive wire if you're planning on running 5k.Invest in some nice ground terminals too.If you HAVE to run Fi subs go with the BLs over the Qs.I wouldn't run them personally for whatever reasons but if you're going to...I agree with Reece. |
