ok what differnce of a sound does it make from a 32hz,36hz,and 48hz box for 2 12" kicker l7's im trying to figure out which one to get for my setup but i want the most heaviest bass out of it

OMG....you dont get it yet???? Whatever you tune your box to, the subs will peak around the tuning on up to about 10hz above tuning. People tune their box in the 40's for comps. because higher frequencys are easier to get louder....

For the L7's you will like a 32-35Hz tuning.

so is it the lower the hz the deeper the bass and higher the hz higher the notes? so 32hz would be a lot deeper and body shaking then a 36hz or would they be about the same

Your vehicle and size of box will determine what will be louder. Lower frequencies seem more violent than higher though. 32hz will give you a smoother response, sounding better on music but not quite as high a peak on the meter. If you listen to music and don't compete, tune to 32hz.
40+hz won't sound that great, and depending on your car might make you peak OVER where you'd want to for comps anyway.
