Silver Member Username: Skibum12189Cleveland Post Number: 932 Registered: Mar-06 | got the example pics up, thanks tremor yea hunter, im looking to get 1 or 2 w6's with some ED amps and a slide out tv i've decided to .... well im not sure if its an upgrade or a downgrade, but anyways ... i'm gonna go to just front comps and maybe rear coax's run off the HU because I don't listen to as much rap/hiphop anymore so I need some nice comps to provide some midbass i've gotten tired of blasting bass anymore so i think i'm gonna change up my setup... thanks for the bump |

Silver Member Username: Skibum12189Cleveland Post Number: 936 Registered: Mar-06 | depending on where you put them, theyre quite easy to isntall, just splice them into any 12v wires in your car, just make sure you put some kind of toggle switch in bc if you dont then they might stay on all the time and if you get pulled over or need to back up in the dark, you wont want them on... for exammple i have two 12V plugs in my car and testing them with my phone charger, i find that one of them has constant power even when the car is off and one only gets power when the car is on or on accessory....In my opinion it'd be better to splice into the one that only gets power when the cars on so IF you leave them on (although they use so little power) they could possibly drain the battery.... OR if theyre in your trunk, you could use a wire nut and attach the neon power to your remote line and ground the negative to some part of your chassis |
