Here are the pictures of the new Alphas for those who haven't seen them elsewhere by now. Just thought it would be easier to make a new thread for this.

Here are some of the differences from the old version. This came strait from RD.

New alpha's have upgraded new cone that have more kevlar fiber.
100 oz larger motor.
new front and back plate.
new upgraded suspension and surround/spider.
New longer coil with higher power handling.
Different glue with higher temperature handling.

Thats what I have gotten so far. And mine should be in sometime next week. I will make sure to get it installed same day and take pictures and try to make some videos as well.

Actually competing we will have just 1. Others had personal business to deal with. As for setups, we will have 3 from what I know.

Nope, I won't be attending. RI is a couple hours away from me, but after my alpha is installed I will be attending many local shows.

Where in MA are you from Marc? And contact me for sure when you are looking to get some subs. Without shipping I can get you a real good deal. I live about 30 minutes from Springfield Mass.

And Joey, sorry I haven't answered your email yet. I don't have sonance pricing yet, but as soon as I hear from steve I will let you know.
