ok I hear everyone compare any sq sub to the w6v2 is this sub the best in that area are just very very nice, could it beat a RD classic or RE SE, or a Fi Q for that matter??

never heard the rd, re doubt it. the q is very close but the q also takes it in spl by alot while still having really nice sq. remember install plays a big role here also.

my phoenix gold its has about 95% of the sq of the w6 but the phoenix gold octane zr gets alot louder

other way around. as far as sq goes imo the w6 is very hard to beat.

Yes it is top of the line, but everything JL makes is very expensive.

if u know about install u can make pretty much some woofers to hit or soundlike the w6 or better... creating a flat response its juzz matter of box driver and car or cabin gain and umm clean power of corse

Ive owned the w6 before and it sounded really nice,it was the best sub ive personally heard. Which isnt saying much b/c around here everybody has sonys,alpines,or kickers. I still lover every minute of it,it just didnt have as much spl as i like so i sold it and got a HD3

make sure you do a good install, someone around town here has a w6 and my ssd is better no joke...
