OT: Portable Navigation????

Whats a really good portable navigation unit at a decent price? (300-600)

Great lil nav, has the US and Canada alreay it is memory also accepts SD-cards and can hold music, vid, pics and stuff. It can be used in-car (w/ mount) or as a hand-held unit. I think the retail for ~$499. Great lil unit...should be released pretty soon.
