Ya it keeps the 3M spray glue from curing so there is no way to stick carpet to it! Don't ask me how I know this, learned the hard lesson during boat building, another hobby. It does in fact seal the outside from humidity and the box will live forever. When carpeting you may need to use some staples, nice box though! Polo..:-)

Its the wax in the polyester resin. The cheaper car type stuff. If you use a dewaxer it will stick. Boat buiders use epoxy resin

i resined the out side
the put the second layer on so the carpet will stick thanks for ur concern
and yes i no they arent clamped correctly but thts nutting more screws and liquid nail cant solve

yea tht was my mistake but thier is also a layer of liquid nail between it so i no for a fact tht this isnt gunna flex at all

that looks like sh1t man lol...u blind how do u not lign of the second baffle...the resign on outside is stupid the box is not flush..150db yeah right! more like 145 maybe. :-) messing with u driving...but i bet i hit higher then u on my first box and sx then u will :-) always remember that im better
