System cutting out.

Stévén Nois Gold Member Username: Stnorris Davenport, IA US Post Number: 1572 Registered: Apr-06	Posted on Sunday, November 12, 2006 - 00:35 GMT my system cuts out when i turn it up really loud on test tones. sometimes, the whole track skips for a second like the cd is scrathed, but its not. like the speakers go out too, so im not sure. my lights dont dim out normally when this happens, sometimes they do dim, but... what could be the problems? is it battery voltage drop too much? (i dont have a voltage meter yet) i was thinking maybe on the test tones when its turned up so loud, the sub is making so many vibrations in the trunk, which is loosening the ground or something? does anyone have any ideas?
