ok i just make pvc ports... i see in a lot of ur guy's boxes u have ports with flares. do u buy the whole port or just the flare? or do u make them?

basically, you buy the flared ends and can use their (whatever brand) pipe for the center, cut to length and attach the flared ends.

making them requires a lot of skill. you have to get a torch and heat the PVC (which i think is harmful if not deadly to breath the fumes??) and flare the edges out without splitting the pipe. pain in the a-ss i'd think.

yes brandon it is it has arcenic in it or however you spell it and a ton of other chemicals

if you torch it and burn it then yes you are going to smell the smoke. thats why you use a heat gun.

btw just ask marshall. he seems normal to me. i don't think he inhaled any fumes. lol. unless those fumes make him as smart as he is right now then i don't mind inhaling myself.

yeah use a heat gun and someone said push down on it on an upside down metal mixing bowl. so im going to try that some time soon
