no. That would kinda defeat the purpose. the hush mat is supposed to add mass to the body panels, thus dampening vibration. by placing it on your carpet, it wont' have a solid connection with the body of the car.
o ok if i take the carpet off my car then put the hushmat in can i put the carpet over top of it? if that would be alright, could i glue the carpet to the mat
