it gets under my skin everytime one of those twibs asks, whats the loudest sub. and then us regulars say. re, treo, type R, type X....lets be sensible, the world record is held by AMERICAN BASS VFLS, 2 of them hit 174.4, another team using AB hit 175, then finally the american bass team hit 179.2...cmon guys. so the next time one of those pointless retarded threads is made, suggest american bass VFL, my 2 cents

Pioneer holds the world record and have for some time now... It is 180.3..

So u can keep ur 2 cents, because they are worthless

i do agree that American Bass are sum bada$$ woofers...
they get LOUD AS FVC|<
build quality is pretty good...i would suggest em for ppl who want SPL and if i knew where to get em

they may have hit 174 with 2 subs....and could have added more and hit higher.....but they didn't......so there. lol:-)

I dont think they would be much louder....Maybe mid to high 170's
