my friend is looking for a sub and amp combo n' has 600 to spend. he really wants good good SQ but an SQL system because he needs some bass too.. i was thinking some subs would be ID MAX, SI MAG, or anything around 1200 rms so he wont need to upgrade his alternator.. we were also thinking about the elemental designs ED nine.1..he currently has an eclipse set-up and is looking for a new sound. he has a tiburon.. any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

My friend just bought an eD 13Ov2, sounds good, but doesn't hit as hard. It's not always about wattage though. Some subs are more efficient than others.
"it says sql also" yes but it doesnt say I hate sq because thats what the l7 is a sub that has no sq and sql also means they want it to sound good newb. and for whoever said mag not to be mean but theres no way he can get that witht the budget there they cost up around 500 a piece i would go with rovins pick or maybe some type r's
