I have a rockford 15" sub and a 1200 xplod amp. I have power to the amp and it is grounded correctly but it is not on. I have tried 2 other amps with the same result. I also tried another sub and also nothing. Oh and the fuses are good. Any suggestions why nothing is working?

yes because then the amp doesnt get the signal from the head unit to turn on there is a remote wire coming out of the back of the hu read the wires i believe it is the red wire not 100% sure though

remote wires come in a few colors, maily solid blue, and blue/white. some have both, which means 1 is a power antenna lead. look for markings on wires themselves, either say amp tuen on or system control.
