my pioneer tsw306c subwoofer is making a fluttering noise like from 1-3 feet away i hear the fluttering and no bass and when i get further i hear it less.it sounds like the speaker is moving without making bass noise just the flapping like noise.I am powering it with a 150 watt amp.th e noise only happens when i turn thr volume a little over half
