Lookin 4 Bass Unregistered guest | Hey guys, i'm new here but I know a lil about car audio. I have a single dual 2 ohm old school R-type 12" and need a new box for it. I know alpine recommends between 1.25-1.75 cubic ft. Any suggestions as to what is the best for spl? I don't care if its bigger or smaller. I will prolly tune it to about 30 hz... |

It wouldn't have near the ouput his enclosure does. Manufacturer's specs suck for the most part. Only certain companies put out good specs for ideal enclosures. If you want a good idea of what works well..go with 2.5 cu ft tuned to 35 hz. |
