whats your price range?
Are you looking for sound quality, loudness, or a mixture of both?

about $150-$200ea.
I basically wan't to be heard from far away(blocks if possible):-)
I guess a mixture of both?
I wan't to make sure the amp doesn't overheat and shut off on me.

anything that is 600 rms at 4ohms will be perfect. that amp can only be run at 4ohms mono so dont try to drive it at lower impedence's. That is one of the best amps ever made dont risk blowing it up. Get a dual 2ohm sub and hook it up in series/parelell at 4ohms and you will be ready to rock. I have a ppi a600 and have run multiple sub set-ups off it and it is a fantastic amp:-) much better for mids and highs but great for the right VC config's in subs also.

its going be a little hard to find 2 subs that get really loud with only 300rms per sub...have you considered 1 sub like a 15" Alpine Type R or a 15" Eclipse Aluminum

i am not sure my self. The RE series are very SQ oriented, but with four of them i get all the SPL i need. Those SE's should be nice though.

for two subs i would consider the JL w3 or the IDQ.
if you do one sub-the new brahma or rl-p. they sound good with 600-750 watts.

get some RE 12's. They are really nice for the price, and you should be able to get different VC config it needed. Can you fit 4 of them in your vehicle???

i dont think he wants 4 since those SEs are 600rms a piece and his amp is only 600rms so hell only be able to power one

I appreciate the feedback guys:-)
There are only about 3 shops it my city and a Best Buy... the shops are authorized dealers for Crossfire, Eclipse, JL, Kicker, Fosgate, & Alpine. Those are pretty much my options unless I order from the internet but I'm conserned about warranty and my budget (that's the reason I'm using this amp that's just been collecting dust). The only sub I have heard so far is the Crossfire... one of the guys at the shop hooked up one 15" real quick so I can listen to it and I was pretty impressed... I would like to compare it to others, maybe 2 Eclipse 10"?

Anyone familiar with Crossfire? pros & cons.

I just got a Mazda3s 05' 4-door not hatchback and the trunk is quite roomy. Don't know the exact measurements.
