Make an offer. I bought it from a friend of mine for $325, the only thing it doesn't have is the box. I am running it now, so it works fine, I just can't figure all the cr*p out that this thing has!! If your into that sort of thing, get it!

It's a great unit. I really like mine. I think that you should be able to get about $250 on ebay.

Yeah it is. Just so many different things on there to adjust, a little beyond me. lol

Once you get it dialed in to what you like (about 30 minutes), you will never mess with most of those features again. What really sucks is that as far as I can tell, saving audio settings only goes into RAM. If your battery ever goes dead, all of your settings are gone. Then it's another 30 minutes to set it up again.
