RMS Power rating of Pioneer DEH-P8MP

I have one of these and am picking up a second one for my other car. My question is this:

For this second car, I'm considering not getting amps and just getting new head and speakers. The Pioneer head unit claims 4*60W. I'm presuming that to be peak, not RMS. If so, can anyone tell me the RMS power this head unit puts out? I'm thinking like 28-32? If so, I should be fine putting in anything rated for that @4ohm, right?

Since this is a Honda Civic Hybrid, I wanna avoid monkeying with the electic in any way, so I'm looking into skipping the amps.

it'll be about 22-26wRMS x 4 @ 4 ohms.
that should be fine for just about any components you choose as long as you don't try to shake the car with them.
If you experience any problems with the speakers bottoming out on you with the bass accentuated, try using high pass filters on the speakers at about 100-125Hz.
FMOD makes some as well as others called "bass blockers"
www.partsexpress.com has plenty listed for pretty cheap.
