Anonymous | I just bought a dual bandpass box http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=50567%26item%3D5733594227 %26 and i was wondering two questions. 1. What are two good subs (loudest bass) i can get out of two 10" subs. I was told Alpine Type R subs by the local audio shop. Im looking to spend no more then $150 a sub. 2. Next question was how can i position the subs in the box the get the most bass out of them (both subs up or both subs down or one sub up and one down?) |

You will be alot happier in the end. As for the direction of the speaker it wouldn't matter in that box. (sound like dog doodoo either way) As for the speakers alpines are pretty good. I would look into Kicker comp VRs, (close to same price). Some other brands to look into would be JL Audio, Eclipse, Adire, RE. I am sure I missed some of the ones I hear glass and John point out, but that will give you a good start. |
