How cold

hey
i am new with my system i have 2 ten inch rockfords powered by a coustic amp. and i live in canada how cold should it get before i take the subs out so the voice coil dont blow on them.

I leave mine in all winter.
Never had a problem.
I just let the car warm up before I let it wang

most of winter about -30 but last january it was -50 all month so ya it gets cold but this year has be wirdly warm so far

Im from Minnesota
bout the same as Canada as far as cold.

So is the general consensus that the cold wont hurt your equipment if you let your car warm up first? I just got a pair of R types runnin and i dont wanna mess them up

just let the car warm up and dont start off bumping at full power, gotta let the surrounds for lack of a better word, re-break in or heat up.

The cold might actually be helpful since it helps keep the temp. of the amp down, huh?
