If no one is at home to receive your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package. 4. In some instances, there will be a Customs charge applied to your package, buyer is responsible for all Customs charge( duty and tax) applied to the package. Guess why they have to say this? Chinese officials are heavily seizing boxes of counterfeit goods leaving China because they are getting massive pressure from the US and other countries. And we have a pretty big axe to swing with the threat of reducing their imports to the US. They know that without us buying all their junk, they are fucked. And getting the box seized in customs happens only if you get lucky and they actually send your order. A lot of these places take untraceable Western Union payments only, and your money is bye-bye. |
