For the install I used 3 spacer rings with the last one slightly angeled to go more toward the listener's ear. The doors are fully deadened, all holes sealed up, ensolite on outside. I recommend for all people to completely seal their doors when running comps. You most likely won't get much midbass without doing so. These comps sound great, slightly better than my old CDT Audio HD62's with DRT 25 silk tweeters. Midbass is very close, but the tweeters are much better than the CDT's. |
