I am looking at either the CDT HD-62 (384.99 @ alteraudiousa.com) or the Focal 165KF (379.99 @ woofersetc.com). I want good sql, and some mid-bass. I dont know what amp I would run with them, but it would depend on which one I bought. What are your thoughts, personal experience with them. Or, is there something better in that price range. You can also find DLS on www.infinitecaraudio.com but Ebay will be much cheaper. If the seller doesn't have the exact model listed, you can always ask for it. BTW, DLS UR6i sound very good, it would be hard to beat that for the money. On Ebay they will run about $400 Anyway, I think HD-62 sounds better than 165KF, but I like the sound of UR more than those two. Come on UR has got a 3 inch voice coil, much better control over the driver. |
