Posted on Friday, January 29, 2010 - 22:40 GMT I have a sony digital 8 camcorder which i bought around 2004 and it seems the firewire port is broken. I've tried different cables and different computers, but nothing seems to work. I was curious if there were other ways to upload footage to a computer or how much it would cost to replace the firewire port. Any help would be much apprciated |

Posted on Thursday, February 04, 2010 - 00:46 GMT I can't find the manual nor the specs for a DCR-TRV 540 on the Sony USA website. You'll need to read the manual and find out whether it is possible to upload video via USB. |
