Want to buy Fi Q 12 or good sq 800 rms

looking for a 12 that has GREAT sound quality and can hit lows good, not super worried about spl. it must be able to be ported. my mtx 801d does 800 rms at 2 ohms so id like the sub to be in 700-900 rms range and 4 ohm dvc. nothing over 250 bucks.
