They are identical amps, gothic series, mosfet, bridgeable, crossover, HPF/LPF, bass boost, 2ohm stable....they are both 400W max! They both work great, I now have a JBL db-1200.1 series amplifier so I have no use for these. If anyone is interested hit me up on here...$50 each
