Sony is not very good, and it will make your subs sound worse. How much would you be willing to spend on an amp?

you are gonna have to custom make the box for those 12's. Mustangs just weren't made to take a 12 in sub. Their trunk is big enuff, but the tail end configuration makes it imposible to get the box in there. The only way I found to do it was to go single boxes, or build the box in the trunk. 10's are a much better choice for that car, as the box will fit alot easier. Other than that everything is a breeze. Everything but the door panels snap in, and there are only 2 screws holding the door panels on. The back seat can be a bear to get out, but it will come out, and the driver side kick panel is a little tough.
