As the title says, the USB jack for my Kenwood Excelon kdc-x695 is not working. I'm pretty sure it's still under warranty (I just got it in August), but I was wondering if any of you had some troubleshooting advice.
Just make sure the four terminals are clean, check that the drive works on your computer, you can try to re-format or use a new one, sometimes resetting the head unit or removing power can get things to work back again.
