I have an XoVision 7" flip out with a SAE1200d pushing 2 L7 12s. My mp3 player will play music with the volume all the way up just fine. But when I try to use a cd, it will only go about half way up reliably, or I have to turn my sub out down or it will not play for like 2 seconds. what gives? Anyone ever had this problem? And dont waste your time, I know xovision is ddooddo
If the amp has a protection led and it does not turn on while the issue occurs then the cd may be skipping due to heavy bass vibration, in any case try setting the subsonic filter on the amp to a higher frequency.
