Im about to fit an amp to a "VW Mk4 polo". has anyone done this before, because i don't want to have to drill throw the bulk-head. is there anyway i can feed the power cable throw with out drilling throw.

there should be a plastic cap somewhere in the firewall. most cars, if not all should have at least one of these. look under the hood and look for any plastic caps or screws that you can remove. if you find any then you can take these off and there you have it...a hole that leads to your interior.

Be sure to make sure the opening you put the wire through does not have sharp edges. It's a very bad thing when the edges cut into the cable because of vibration. You can get rubber grommets that will fix or you can go cheap and just wrap the cable at that point so thick in electrical tape that it can't move around.
